Will it feel hot in Malaysia’s weather?

No. Lena used microfiber fabric which is soft , lightweight and durable are breathable. You can also choose cotton which are natural fibers that has the soft and comfortable feel against the skin , can provide 100% breathability

How firm is it, and who is it for?

We have soft to medium, medium to Firm. Hotel-plush with a supportive gusset. Great for back and side sleepers.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes. It’s down-free and dust-mite resistant, with a washable cover to keep things fresh.

How do I wash and care for it?

Open (None Zip) and the cover is machine-washable . Gentle cycle for the pillow in a large washer, tumble low, then fluff to restore loft

What sizes are available?

Start from normal standard, we have all sizes you need.

How fast is shipping?

Tracked delivery across Malaysia. Typical timing: West MY 1–3 working days, East MY 3–7. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

What’s the return/warranty policy?

6-month manufacturing-defect warranty. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
